dakh7 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

The dakh7 platform is available to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dakh7 operates a strict minimum-age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held will be reviewed in accordance with applicable policies.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement currently in force with dakh7.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk, and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited into your dakh7 account.

dakh7 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the eligibility criteria are not or are no longer satisfied. A declined application or closed account does not entitle the applicant to any compensation.

To access the dakh7 platform and its services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information. The following rules apply to your dakh7 account at all times:

• You may hold only one account. Opening a second account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held within them.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dakh7 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund of any deposited funds.

dakh7 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Players must provide requested documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account closure. dakh7 uses KYC processes to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

dakh7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests subject to the following rules. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs charged by their payment provider where applicable.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dakh7, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. dakh7 may require proof of identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to verification requirements.
• dakh7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals for Bangladesh players using local mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Fees charged by the payment provider itself are outside dakh7's control and are the player's responsibility.
• dakh7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC checks, investigation of a suspected Terms violation, or confirmation that any applicable wagering requirement attached to a bonus has been met.

Players must not attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back any transaction made on the dakh7 platform through their payment provider. Any such action will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and legal action to recover funds.

dakh7 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms that accompany the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your dakh7 account balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated at the time the offer is made. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of an offer, bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will expire automatically after this period.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the dakh7 platform, including sports betting, casino games, live casino tables, and crash games:

• All bets placed on the dakh7 platform are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where dakh7 identifies a manifest error in the odds or game outcome data.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or platform error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dakh7 reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dakh7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. dakh7 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by dakh7, including to place bets, exploit odds, or circumvent any platform security measure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including signalling card information in live casino games or coordinating bet placement on opposing sides of the same market.
• Opening or operating a dakh7 account on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to use your account credentials to access or play on your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, display glitches, game malfunctions, or pricing errors on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a manifest error will be considered void and will not be paid out.

dakh7's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players who dispute a decision related to prohibited conduct may raise the matter through the support channel at [email protected], but dakh7's decision following review of the relevant evidence will be binding.

dakh7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a dakh7 request, or provision of fraudulent documentation during the KYC process.

Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or withdrawal requirements.

All content on the dakh7 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of dakh7 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the dakh7 platform without prior written permission from dakh7. Accessing the platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence to use dakh7 intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dakh7's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• dakh7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
• dakh7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dakh7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits dakh7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

dakh7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on dakh7.bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dakh7 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the platform's services (such as payment processing) or as required by applicable law. dakh7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
